Trident Group, a global name in Home textiles and Paper has achieved a remarkable milestone by winning two prestigious honours at the India Best Design Awards (IBDA) 2025. The company’s in-house design studio has been awarded the title of “Best In-house Studio” a recognition that highlights its innovation, creativity and commitment to sustainable design practices.

Adding to the celebration Trident was also honoured with the exclusive “Greatest of All Time – The Design Award.” This rare recognition is reserved for studios that have consistently set benchmarks in the design industry and Trident has earned it after multiple previous wins in 2021, 2022, 2023 and now 2025. The award reflects the company’s long-standing leadership and its enduring impact on India’s design landscape.

The honours were announced during the 10th edition of the Design India Show where leading voices from across the creative community gathered. With a team of more than 50 designers from renowned institutes like NID and NIFT, Trident’s studio is known for blending global trends, Indian inspiration and sustainability into world-class textile and lifestyle designs.

Its standout creations include the Vasant Collection, inspired by Indian spring festivals the Prakriti Collection that reflects nature and eco-conscious living, and its role in the iconic Bharat Tex initiative. Beyond textiles, the studio has also contributed to packaging innovations, campaign visuals and storytelling that resonate with global audiences.

As the world’s largest producer of terry towels, Trident continues to expand its presence across textiles, paper, chemicals and energy. These dual awards not only acknowledge Trident’s design excellence but also reinforce its vision of enhancing everyday living through creativity, innovation and sustainable practices.
